If you have a special need or requirement, we want to help you.
If you need translation services to help make your call easier – you can request this when you telephone us. We have full language line services available. This may involve a call back to you once a translator is available.
Braille and large print application forms are available on request.
If you have experienced domestic violence and prefer to deal with a specific gender throughout your application, please state on your first call to us.
If you are working with an organisation to support you, it may be worth speaking to your support worker or similar before you contact the DAF – they may be able to help you with your application. Click here to find out how to get help to complete an application.
